Repacking
This process involves the transfer of material from bulk bag to 20/25Kg sack. Generally, with the use of a screw fed bagging machine for powders or via a gravity bagger when processing pellets and granules. Finished pallets are hooded, identified with the customers labelling for identification and stored until dispatched.
Bagging
Generally, this involves material being transferred from one of our bulk storage bays to gravity fed bagging hoppers. Predominantly, we fill bulk bags to a specified weight, but we also fill bags to specified volumes, particularly when processing aggregates with inconsistent density.
Tanker Loading
Using customer dedicated equipment, we transfer powders from bulk bags into tankers using augers. We also load solutions mixed on site, directly into tankers by gravity. We take a copy of the tank wash certificate for every tanker we load before weighing them in and out to confirm the net weight of goods loaded.
Solution Mixing
Using our stainless-steel mixing tanks, we can mix solutions to the specified concentration before decanting into the required containers. These are generally 1,000L IBC's down to 20L containers.
Pallet Storage
In addition to the storage of goods we have processed, we also offer pallet storage for customers who require RH&D services only. Rates are dependent on throughput and stacking suitability.
Bulk Storage
We have bulk storage bays both inside our main warehouse and in the yard to the rear of the building. The height of our main building allows for tippers to unload with ease before the piles are moved into position using our telehandler.
